Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the destination zone.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over 35€ to the following countries:
Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands), Portugal (excluding Madeira and Azores), France, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Latvia, and Slovakia.
Shipping Costs: For orders below 35€, shipping costs start at 4.90€, depending on the delivery zone. For Spain's Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Madeira, and Azores, shipping costs will be shown before order confirmation. For destinations outside of these regions, shipping fees will also be calculated during checkout based on the destination country.
Please note that the cut-off time for order shipment is 12:00 PM (Spain). Orders placed after this time will be prepared and shipped the following working day. During peak periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, order preparation may take longer, up to 2-3 working days.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Customs and International Shipping
Customs Duties and Tariffs
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or tariffs on international orders. Customers are advised to check local customs duties before placing an order.
Responsibility for Customs Delays
Oli&Carol is not liable for delays in delivery due to customs processes. Estimated delivery times do not include the time needed for customs procedures.
Pre-order Products
When placing an order that includes a pre-order or early purchase product, please be aware that the entire order, including in-stock items in our warehouse, will be prepared and shipped starting from the specified delivery date indicated on the pre-order product. Orders with pre-order items will not be split into multiple shipments.
Consolidation of Orders: This decision simplifies the shipping process and ensures a convenient experience. Shipping fees for consolidated orders remain the same and will be displayed during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and ongoing support as we work to fulfill your order.
Order Preparation and Peak Periods
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally prepared on the same day. However, during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, preparation times may extend to 2-3 working days. Thank you for understanding during these times.

Changes and Returns
Oli&Carol's Online Store has the following changes and returns policy, applicable exclusively to products purchased through our online store. This policy does not apply to purchases made through Oli&Carol distributors.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest you return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
How to Return a Product

Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. While we prefer the original packaging, if it's no longer available, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
