Delivery Timeframes:

Orders to Spain, Portugal, and the listed European countries are typically delivered within 96 working hours. For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and Azores, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Non-European Countries:

For non-European destinations, delivery times range from 6-10 working days (referring to the time from our warehouse to the customs authority in your country).

Important Notes:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are usually prepared on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Average preparation time is 1-2 working days, but during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, preparation times may be longer.

The delivery times displayed at checkout are indicative and generally accurate. However, delays may occur during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We only ship packages through our transport agency, and delivery to post offices is not available.

4 - We Will Keep You Informed

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Within 72 hours, when your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time through our logistics operator's platform.

If you have specific preferences regarding delivery times or special instructions, such as leaving the package at reception or specifying a company delivery, you can include these in the "comments" field during checkout, and we will pass them on to the carrier.

Delivery is considered complete when the product is handed over to you by the carrier, and you sign the delivery note. Upon receipt, please verify the products and notify us immediately of any issues or complaints.

Stock Availability:

In case of stock shortages, an order may be canceled. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.

5 - Changes and Returns

Oli&Carol's Online Store has the following changes and returns policy, applicable exclusively to products purchased through our online store. This policy does not apply to purchases made through Oli&Carol distributors.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest you return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.

6 - How to Return a Product

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement. You can contact our Customer Service:

  • Email: info@oliandcarol.com
  • Phone: +34 662 864 221
  • Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+1)

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. While we prefer the original packaging, if it's no longer available, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

9 - Events beyond our control

We do not accept any responsibility for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations we assume under a contract because of events outside of our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure includes any act, event, lack of exercising, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control including, among others, the following:

I. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
II. Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
III. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
IV. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
V. Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
VI. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions imposed by any government or public authority.
VII. Strike, failures or accidents in sea or river transport, mail transport or any other type of transport.

It will be understood that our obligations under the contract will be suspended during the period for which the Force Majeure continues and we will have an extension in the dead-line for complying with these obligations of a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Force Majeure comes to an end or to find a solution that allows us to fulfil our obligations under the contract despite the Force Majeure.
