0. Identifying data.

Purchasing Policy
At Oli&Carol we want to offer you the best online shopping experience.
Any person of legal age can legally place an order (hereinafter, the CLIENT).
1 - Price
Prices in the Europe zone (countries belonging to the EEC) include VAT applicable in Spain. Prices in the Europe zone (non-EEC countries) do not include VAT. Prices do not include postage and fees.
2 - Shipping
Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on all orders that are higher than 35€ to Spain (ex. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands). The orders to Spain below 35€ will have a fix shipping price of 4,99€ (including Spanish VAT).
For Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands the shipping costs will be shown before confirmation of the order.
Rest of the world: Shipping prices can vary depending on the country. Exact prices will be shown before confirmation of the order.
3 - Delivery time
Spain and Portugal: In case of Spain (Iberian Peninsula) and Portugal, the order will be delivered approximately within 96 working hours, except from Balear, Canarian Island, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores, which it will last approximately 10 working days.
European Countries: For european countries, the delivery will last at most 10 working days.
Non-European: For non european countries, the delivery will last between 6-10 working days. *Timing from our warehouse to the customs authority in your country.
The orders received on the weekend or in bank holidays will be processed the nearest working day. The only way we send our package is through our transport agency and it is not possible the delivery to post offices.
4 - We will keep you informed
After placing your order you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Within 72 hours, when your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time in the control panel of our logistics operator.
If you have any preferences in terms of delivery times or special requests, such as leaving the package at reception, if the order is for a company, etc. you can specify this by leaving a comment when ordering in the “comments” field and we will pass this on to the carrier.
The delivery is considered complete when the product is handed over to the customer by the carrier and the customer signs the delivery note. The recipient is responsible for verifying the products upon receipt and raising any issues or complaints that may be justified.
In case of stock lack, an order can be cancelled, in consequence, the money will be transfered back to the consumer.
5 - Exchanges and returns
The Oli&Carol online shop works with the following return and exchanges policies. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased in the Oli&Carol Online shop.
It’s not allowed to do a return or exchange to any of our distributors.
If you wish to return a product for another one, we suggest you to return it and buy your new one separately.
The return of the product must be done within the following 30 days from the purchase date.
6 - To return a product
Contact with our customer service department to organize the refund. The customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
You must apply the return within the following 30 days from the purchase date. All of the return costs will run in charge of Oli&Carol and, in case the customers does this by it’s own ways, he won’t be able to reclaim the return import.
The product must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received in. In the case that you don’t have the original packaging, you should find one with the same dimensions.
When the returned product is received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in correct conditions. Then, we will credit you the import payed for the product within 10 days.

7 - Payment methods
OLI&CAROL S.L will only accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX) and PayPal.
Payment with a credit or debit card? OLI&CAROL S.L accepts payment for purchases made through its website using the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. The money will be taken online, in other words in real time, through the payment gateway of the bank, once it has been established that the data are correct.
Payment with PayPal? OLI&CAROL S.L accepts payment with Paypal.
8 - Secure Payment
For Oli&Carol, security in online purchases is imperative. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the bank. The information is sent with 256 bit encryption, preventing security problems and any customer data from reaching third parties. The Spanish Data Protection Agency recommends installing a digital certificate. Certificates come with third party liability insurance in the event of a failure to cover damages.
9 - Events beyond our control
We do not accept any responsibility for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations we assume under a contract because of events outside of our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure includes any act, event, lack of exercising, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control including, among others, the following:
I. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
II. Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
III. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
IV. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
V. Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
VI. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions imposed by any government or public authority.
VII. Strike, failures or accidents in sea or river transport, mail transport or any other type of transport.
It will be understood that our obligations under the contract will be suspended during the period for which the Force Majeure continues and we will have an extension in the dead-line for complying with these obligations of a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Force Majeure comes to an end or to find a solution that allows us to fulfil our obligations under the contract despite the Force Majeure.
