Fresh, juicy & naturally hydrating.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of watermelon (seedless)
• A few mint leaves (optional)
• A squeeze of lime (optional)

Steps:
1. Cut the watermelon into chunks.
2. Blend until smooth.
(Optional) Add mint or lime for extra freshness.
3. Pour into popsicle molds.
4. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours.

Zesty, cool & super refreshing.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups of water
•4–5 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

Steps:
1. Squeeze the lemons to get the juice.
2. Mix the water and your chosen sweetener until dissolved.
3. Stir in the lemon juice.
4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours.

Sweet, creamy & naturally colorful.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen cherries
• 1 ripe banana
• 2–3 tbsp natural yogurt (or plant-based alternative)

Steps:
1. Freeze cherries and banana beforehand.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Scoop into small molds or spoon into bite-sized portions.
4. Freeze again for 1–2 hours.
