SHIPMENT & RETURNS

1. Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. All shipments are delivered without signature unless otherwise specified. A tracking link will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage fees. Handling costs are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on weight, dimensions and destination.

1.1 Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, no modifications can be made to products, quantities, delivery address or shipping method.

If an incorrect order has been placed, the customer must request a cancellation immediately and place a new order with the correct information.

1.2 Delivery Methods

Home Deliver: Available in all active shipping zones.

SEUR Pick-up Point: The SEUR Pick-up Point method is selected during checkout. Once payment is completed, the customer will be redirected to a final confirmation page where they must select their preferred SEUR pick-up location to complete the delivery process.

Store Pick-up: Free collection at Avinguda Diagonal 435, Barcelona (Spain)

1.3 Cut-off Times

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Spain) are processed the following business day. During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, preparation times may extend to 4–6 business days.

1.4 Packaging

Orders are shipped in protective packaging to ensure safe transport. Multiple orders cannot be combined; shipping fees apply to each order placed separately.

3. Customs & International Shipping

3.1 Customs Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are not included in product prices or shipping fees. These must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

3.2 Customs Delays

Oli&Carol is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Delivery times displayed at checkout do not include customs processing.

4. Pre-order Products

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped as a single consolidated shipment once all items are available. Partial shipments are not offered.

5. Returns

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the official Oli&Carol online store.

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

5.1 How to Return a Product

5.2 Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Products should be returned in original packaging whenever possible.
  • Used, damaged or insufficiently packaged products may be subject to value deductions.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method.

5.5 Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. Customers must return unwanted items and place a new order.

5.6 Defective or Incorrect Products

Defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately with photographic evidence. Once verified, corrective measures will be offered, including replacement or refund.
