These Promotional Terms apply to the offers listed below and are part of the Terms & Conditions of WWW.OLIANDCAROL.COM. Promotions are valid only for purchases made on the official Oli&Carol online store.

10% OFF First Order (Newsletter Subscription)

• Offer: 10% off your first purchase.
• Minimum spend: Valid on orders of €49+ (order subtotal after discounts, before shipping). Taxes may vary by destination.
• Eligibility: New customers placing their first order on this website. One use per customer/email.
• How to redeem: Subscribe to our newsletter to receive the discount code. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount.
• Exclusions: Not valid on products already discounted/sale items. Not valid on gift cards (if applicable) and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
• Combining offers: Not combinable with other promo codes, automatic discounts, bundles, or free-gift promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Online only: Valid for online orders only.
• Validity: While the campaign remains active. Oli&Carol may modify or deactivate the offer at any time due to operational reasons or misuse.

SUMMER SALE — Up to 50% OFF Selected Items

• Offer: Up to 50% off on a selection of products clearly marked on the product page and/or collection.
• Online only: Valid for online orders only.
• Validity period: Valid until July 31, 2026 (23:59 CET/CEST, Europe/Madrid) or while supplies last.
• Availability: Discounts apply only while stock lasts. Once an item is out of stock, the promotion no longer applies to that item.
• Combining offers: Not combinable with additional promo codes unless explicitly stated. Items already discounted remain at the advertised sale price.

EARLY ACCESS SUMMER SALE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Exclusive Early Access offer valid until June 30, 2026, at 23:59 PM (CEST).
• This promotion is available exclusively to customers subscribed to the Oli&Carol newsletter.
• To access the Early Access discounts, customers must be logged into a registered account on the Oli&Carol Official Shop.
• Early Access discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, discount codes, offers, coupons, affiliate programs, or commercial benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The promotion is valid only on selected products identified within the Early Access Summer Sale campaign.
• Oli&Carol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for justified reasons.
• The promotion is subject to stock availability. Out-of-stock products do not entitle customers to reservations or compensation.
• Discounts available during the Early Access period may differ from those offered during the general sale period that follows.
