Purchasing Policy
At Oli&Carol, our goal is to offer the best online shopping experience. Any person of legal age may place an order (hereinafter, the “Client”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and the Shipping & Returns Policy.
1 — Price
Prices for European Union (EEC) countries include the VAT applicable in Spain. Prices for non-EEC European countries do not include VAT. Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are not included unless explicitly specified.
2 — Shipping (Summary)

Warehouse closure: No orders are prepared or shipped between August 11–15.
3 — Delivery Time
Delivery times displayed at checkout are indicative and may vary based on destination, carrier, and seasonal volume. Non-European orders may take 6–10 business days from dispatch to arrival at customs in the destination country.
4 — Order Notifications
The Client will receive:
- A purchase confirmation email immediately after placing the order.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking when the package leaves our warehouse (within approx. 24 hours).
Delivery is considered completed when the item is delivered by the carrier. Clients must check their order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any incident.
Stock Availability:
In case of stock shortage, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
5 — Changes and Returns
Our return policy applies exclusively to items purchased through our official online store. Clients have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

6 — How to Return a Product
Clients must notify Customer Service of their intention to withdraw from the purchase:

The Client is responsible for the cost of returning the goods (unless the product is defective or incorrect). Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Payments are handled through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Available methods include:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Local Methods (depending on country): Bancontact, BLIK, iDEAL, Klarna

All payments are processed in real time via secure, encrypted channels. No card data is stored on our servers.
8 — Secure Payment (PCI-DSS & SSL)
Oli&Carol complies with PCI-DSS security standards through Shopify Payments. Transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS 256-bit technology. The company never accesses or stores sensitive payment information.
9 — Rights & Legal Guarantee
Products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for two (2) years, as established by Directive (EU) 2019/771. Clients must notify any defect within a reasonable timeframe.
10 — Customs, Import Duties & International Purchases
Non-EU customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities. Delivery estimates at checkout do not account for customs processing delays.
11 — Intellectual Property
All website content—including designs, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and layout—is the exclusive property of Oli&Carol or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona (Spain), without prejudice to consumer protection laws granting the Client the right to litigate in their country of residence.
16 — Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
Oli&Carol will not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, epidemics, or governmental restrictions. Obligations are suspended during such events and resume once conditions normalize.
